Need access help?
Protoverse is restricted to approved office and PRISMA routes. Follow these steps, collect the details, and submit the Microsoft form so we can review access.
Use the Azure tracking id shown below when filling the Microsoft form. If it is available in the response headers, it will be detected automatically.

Step 1: Collect required details
- Open your public IP in a new tab: whatismyipaddress.com
- Copy the Azure tracking id from the section above. If it is blank, copy it from the blocked page.
- Keep the app name ready, for example the app or page you were trying to access.
Tip: Connect to PRISMA and retry first. If you are still blocked, use the form in Step 2.
Step 2: Fill the Microsoft form
The form has three required fields. Use the values you collected in Step 1.
1. Azure Reference ID
Paste the Azure tracking id shown above.
2. IP Address
Paste your public IP from whatismyipaddress.com.
3. Which App you were trying to access
Enter the app name or page you were trying to open.
